It's Alive!

"George claimed that restoring the electricity to his apartment would bring his wife back from the dead." Quest description

It's Alive! is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

Objectives

Restore electricity in the apartment.

I was able to restore the electricity. After I radioed George about my success, he suddenly shouted that his wife was alive!

Go to George's old apartment.

I went to George's apartment and heard it, too: the voice of Megan, his wife. Her voice was coming from an answering machine. To George, just hearing her voice meant his wife had come back to life.

Walkthrough

While on the rooftops in northern Downtown, Aiden may run across a man named George. George is getting upset that he cannot get the electricity working in his apartment. He will tell Aiden that the electricity was his chance to bring his wife back to life. Aiden offers to help get the fuses for George, which are located inside the building along with several Biters. In return for the help, George is willing to give Aiden everything precious that he has.

Go down to the ground level and flick the switch in the passage going through the building. Be mindful as a nearby electrical box can easily be damaged and deal electrical damage. After flicking the switch, George will say Megan is alive again. Go up to George's apartment and see how he is doing.

At the apartment, it becomes clear that Megan is not actually present. The electricity merely enabled the answering machine of George to work again, which had a voicemail of Megan saved. In return for the help, George is willing to part with some jewelry. Aiden can choose whether to take the jewelry or to leave it with George. Either option completes the quest.
