Walkthrough

This quest is offered by Savvy at the Embers' Tower. Kyle Crane has to enter the office outpost through the roof and an elevator which is guarded by a number of Rais's Men who wield rifles, kill all of Rais's Men who also wield rifles inside, and leave through an elevator leading down to the ground floor. Upon completion of this quest, the rooftop office where Kyle entered initially will be unlocked as a Safe Zone for Kyle, the ground floor will no longer have an electrified fence and a trader will also occupy the Safe Zone for the rest of the game.

Notes

• After finishing the quest and leaving it's not possible to reenter the sub-zone. Any unclaimed DROPs and unopened chests in the area can't be reached.
• This quest can be finished using stealth if pairs of Rais's men are taken out in quick succession, using bows or by other silent means.
