Walkthrough

Inside the Bazaar, near the entrance, a man named Carlos can be heard muttering to himself. He is the apprentice of Alberto, though he is unsure for how much longer as his works are of poor quality. He recently came up with an idea to get the goats out of their cages to reduce their stress so they can produce more milk: the electric fence. Unfortunately, he lacks some of the materials needed for his project.

Carlos needs two electrical parts and recommends going to either a Hardware Store near the Horseshoe Water Tower. The other is the remains of a military patrol. Alternatively, electrical parts can often also be bought from traders.

Upon obtaining the parts, return to Carlos and deliver them. He is grateful, and asks Aiden to help set up his show. His installation is right outside the main entrance to the Bazaar, in a small shed just east of the door, so head there and turn on the switch before heading to the goat pens next to the church.

At the site, it becomes clear that the voltage was too great and a goat was killed. Vincenzo and Alberto arrive on the site. Vincenzo proclaims that Carlos is useless, but Alberto sees things differently. While the fence did not function as intended, the idea seemed suitable for a weapon, and the goat can be eaten. Alberto accepts Carlos as a Craftmaster. Carlos is grateful to both Aiden and Carlos and provides his reward, completing the quest.
