"BBQ" is an achievement and trophy available for Dying Light.

Tactics

To preface, only certain smaller Infected can be killed by spikes such as Biters or Virals and for this case, the former is preferable
The most harmless and efficient way to burn an infected is via Molotov as it does not deal damage on hit, affects a rather large area, and is extremely cheap to make. Otherwise, most fire inflicting throwing weapons do have an area of effect though it might kill the target
Afterward is the method of moving said infected. Grapple is quite accurate though the player does risk holding the zombie for too long and taking damage
Tackle is quick though not as accurate
The best method of moving these infected however is Dropkick as it is both accurate and quick
Use Firecrackers to lead infected to places with spikes. Oftentimes, one can even bypass the need to hit them into said spikes as they would often pile up and push each other into them
Sometimes Biters can be found pre-burned. These are constantly on fire and are immune to it so as long as the player is patient, they can lead said burning Biter into spikes

This achievement references how sometimes in a barbecue, meat is skewered and cooked on the grill or in this case, impaled and set alight
