Weapons (Dying Light 2 Stay Human)

Weapons come in a wide-range of varieties in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

Summary

In Dying Light 2 Stay Human, weapons come in 7 different rarities, and have many different varieties, including blunt, slashing weapons, bow, crossbow and gun. Each weapon in a category is more or less the same, however some are one handed and some are two handed, which play into different armor sets' bonuses. Figuring out what weapon is one handed and two handed by going in weapons menu in inventory by selecting the weapon and looking at how the character is holding the weapon or by equipping the weapon outside of the menu and see how your character hold it.

Rarities

This introduces the 7 rerities of weapons. The initial level of most weapon blueprints is Rare, few is Common, and the all weapon blueprints can be upgraded to Legendary.

• Common (grey): They are basically rubbish, can be found on Roof Groves, or seize from poorly equipped Bandits. Usually have 40 Durability, have no Affixe and mod slot.
• Uncommon (green): They are basically usable, can be found on Roof Groves, or seize from poorly equipped Bandits. Usually have 120 Durability, have no Affixe, and have 1 maximum mod slot.
• Rare (blue): The most common rarity of weapon, equipped by most regular conbatant personnel, like Peacekeepers, Renegades. Usually have 150 Durability, have 1 Affixe, and 2 maximum mod slot.
• Unique (purple): This level of weapon is relatively rare, can be found in loot boxes, dropped by conbatant personnel rarely. Usually have 190 Durability, have 2 Affixes, and 2 maximum mod slot.
• Artifact (yellow): Quite rare and powerful, can be found in high-level loot boxes. Usually have 250 Durability, have 3 Affixes, and 3 maximum mod slot.
• Legendary (orange): Extremely rare and powerful, can be found in Legend Box or high-level loot boxes in late, but they are usually made by Craftmasters. Usually have 250 Durability, have 4 Affixes, and 3 maximum mod slot.
• Exotic (red): The best rare and powerful, can be found in Legend Box or high-level loot boxes in late, or appear as a special reward. Usually have 290 Durability, have 5 Affixes, and 3 maximum mod slot. One of the Affixes is unique.

Nocturnal Weapons

These weapons are launched in update 1.15, they can significantly depletes your immunity.
