"Blinded by the lights" is an achievement and trophy available for Dying Light.
Tactics
- Numerous Volatiles are typically present in Volatile Nests
- Since escaping chases grants Agility skill points, one can get this trophy while trying to farm for these points during chases
- Killing or frightening a Bolter can be used to instantly initiate chase
- It is best to have the Backlash skill in order to more efficiently perform flashlight blinds
- Unfortunately, Light Traps do not count for this achievement
- Firecrackers can be used to lead chasing Volatiles to a specific spot before blinding them all at once with a single Flare. If one wants to make use of the situation, they can follow it up with a grenade
- Blinding Night Walkers do not count to this achievement either
Trivia
- A point is gained whenever the Volatile raises their arms to cover their eyes
