Cyber Hands 2177 are a pair of common slashing knuckledusters which can be found in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Acquisition
The blueprint for the Cyber Hands 2177 can be obtained after speaking to the Liquidator by kicking open a small box.
The building where the Liquidator is found is located south of the building in Garrison in the Central Loop which has Military Airdrop THB-UT0 on its roof.
