In-game description

Flame Blade is a weapon modification available in Dying Light. It applies a medium burning effect and can be used on Blades, Handsaws, Khopeshes, Long and Short Swords, Machetes, and Scythes.

In Old Town, found inside a small circular shaped dome, on top of the building with a metal roof.
