These reports, prepared by Kobayashi Katsumi, Head Doctor for the GRE, describe the handling of the THV pandemic. In this second report, dated December 19, 2021, Katsumi delivers the initial research results and recommends that the program move to Phase II.

Dr. Katsumi: December 19, 2021 GRE Report on the state of the epidemic,

Firstly, I must comment on the news report now circulating...
