It looks like Peacekeepers tried to emulate tactics of old world armies to educate their soldiers about enemy threats. This card shows the Bolter. Bolters are a unique type of Infected that avoids human contact. Extremely agile, they often carry rare resources used in crafting... for the lucky few that can catch one.
