Moonshine is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Objectives
- Get Cillian's moonshine from the water tower.
- I opened the safe and found the treasure I was looking for: Cillian's moonshine.
- Bring Cillian's moonshine to Jack and Joe.
- I gave the moonshine to Jack and Joe. They looked pleased... but there was something suspicious about it.
Walkthrough
If Jack and Joe were spared during the quest "Water Tower", they may be met again at the prison aboard the PK Floating Fortress in The Wharf. They will be mad upon spotting Aiden as they feel betrayed due to Aiden not honoring his promise from the Horseshoe Water Tower. While annoyed and frustrated with Aiden, Jack eventually will ask Aiden to save them by bringing them moonshine to drink in order to ease their suffering. They will give Aiden the safe code, which is the year America was discovered (1492), and tell him that the beverage can be found in a safe in the Horseshoe Water Tower.
Head over to the Horseshoe Water Tower in Old Villedor and climb the exterior until reaching the small tower adjacent to the water tower. Unlock the hard-locked door to gain access to the safe. Put in the code (14-9-2), get the booze and return to the prison of the PK Floating Fortress.
Jack and Joe will be happy with the booze, and thank Aiden for bringing it to them, though Jack's response is shady.

Trivia
- If Jack and Joe's jail cell is visited again at a later time, it is trashed. A nearby downed Captain Hadly and Lieutenant Phassma of the Peacekeepers will sit on the floor and explain that Jack and Joe caused an explosion with alcohol, cigarettes, and a lighter and managed to escape the prison.
