Overview

This building is the tallest one in the Old Town, and used to serve as a watch tower to see enemies coming from afar to attack the city. The building doesn't serve this purpose anymore, but it is unknown exactly what purpose it served before the infection, but it can be assumed to have been simply an heritage site for both locals and tourists. The building is situated right in front of the City Hall, and is only used once in the story quests, at the end of the story quest, The Clinic, where Crane tries to contact the GRE but is answered by Rais instead who dares Crane to come meet him at the top of his tower.
