The Silenced German 9mm Pistol is a craftable weapon that appears in Dying Light. Its Blueprint is acquired in Quartermasters at Survivor Rank 12 along with the blueprint for Silenced American 9mm Pistol.

Overview

This weapon possesses all the stats of the German 9mm Pistol with the exception that fired shots do not create noise. Therefore this weapon can be used to clear away medium hordes of Biters or even be used against Goons without the worry of attracting Virals. Unfortunately, it is not useful in fights against enemies with firearms as their weapons would attract Virals, thus rendering this weapon's advantage moot. This logic can be applied to Bombers, another enemy which ignores this weapon's ability.
