Raiden Snowberg?

I was told by my co-op partner that Irwin sounds like he is voiced by Quinton Flynn (Raiden of Metal Gear Solid). I'm having a hard time unhearing it (it sounds very similar when he chews you out for failing the challenge), but this article doesn't say who is Irwin's VA, and IMDB doesn't shed any light either.
