How the heck do I get the marksman military rifle?! And I want a picture of it and how much damage does it have

• edit * you can get it via the nexus under afew mods. it seems to do about 700 damage I think but one mod that I used gave it it 13K damage so im not sure

Is there a way to get it on Xbox one?

The marksman military rifle is a dlc you numbnuts.
