Biography

Events of Dying Light: The Following

He is the leader of a gang of bandits that have taken over the Pumping Station in the countryside surrounding the city of Harran.

During the main story quest Gaining Credence, n an effort to gain the trust of the survivors at Jasir's Farm, Kyle Crane travels to the station to investigate the disappearance of three scouts. Crane is confronted by Tarkan, who explains that he is selling the water for a fee of ten pounds of food. Crane expresses his disgust at Tarkan who promptly orders his men to attack. Both Tarkan and his gang are killed in the ensuing fight.

Tarkan: "Come over here, friend! Every new customer is a blessing!" Crane: "You're actually selling something out here?" Tarkan: "Water! Crystal clear, no diarrhea afterwards, tastes as if an angel stepped on your tongue. One gallon for 10 pounds of food. We accept gold as well." Crane: "Ten pounds of food for water? You gonna start charging for air, too?" Tarkan: "Oh, we got us a haggler! Look down there, punk. See that? That's Roscoe. We turn hagglers over to him. Still want to haggle? Tell you what, though... I might let you trade your ride for some water..." Crane: "Oh, fuck you, asshole." Tarkan: "So be it. All right, boys! Fuck him up!"
