Usage

Place the template somewhere in the article, often close to the top of the article or the section it belongs to.

Parameters

(default: "What do we quote?")

Insert quote here

Replace "Insert quote here" with the quote itself. You can get a new line by inserting a vertical bar ( | ), and by doing this up to 16 lines can be in a single quote. Quotation marks will be added to the beginning and end of the quote automatically.

author

The one who is quoted gets written here. It's most often a person, but can also be something that is written. The name of the author will appear below the quote, aligned to the right.

voice acting

If there exists an audio file for the quote, write the filename here. If a file is supplied a play button will be visible in front of the quote and pressing it will play the audio file.

"Water, water, everywhere, and not a drop to drink." Quoting The Rime of the Ancient Mariner
