The Fortify and Await Note is one of mementos found in Dying Light 2. It is part of the Artifact Collectable set.

Continue to hold that camp. While it may not be of strategic importance, it remains a good place to send political prisoners in the future. The PKs shouldn't be in any hurry to take it back, so you should rest easy.
Beware of the Pilgrim. He still sticks the noise in the wrong places. If you see him, recover the GRE key and kill the bastard.
