The Hunter is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Walkthrough
On the rooftops in northwestern Downtown, Aiden can run into a man named Earl who is trying to attract birds of prey using the sound of a distressed rabbit. He explains how the animals in the area largely disappeared due to the aftermath of the virus. After a brief conversation he will give Aiden his "Chipper Chirper", concluding the quest.
