Located in the Atilla's mansion Safe Zone. The letter is found in the kitchen of the mansion.

So here we have a tiny community, perhaps as small as a single tribe, which occupied these lands near modern-day Harran. Originally a nomadic tribe of hunter-gatherers, it is my theory that they discovered land so fertile that it made more sense for them to remain and plant crops. Their migratory patterns, which may have existed for centuries prior to their discovery of this region, came to an abrupt end as their society began to re-define itself.
