The Power Outage Mandate

The Power Outage Mandate is one of mementos found Dying Light 2. It is part of the Artifact Collectable set.

The PKs are sniffing around VNC Tower. They may want to use a nearby transformer station to power it.

Take over the transformer plant. Keep it guarded until backup arrives. Should the station be in danger of falling into enemy hands, blow the damn thing up.
