There's a missing side quest, I'm not sure how to add pages, but I saw you had edited things recently so I figured I'd tell you.

In Old Town above the University (where you look for Jade first), there's a guy named Mort Norris, you can get to him by using the ladder next to the entrance to the University. He gives you a quest called Fountain which is missing from the wikia. He tasks you with turning on 3 valves in different ares, then opening the main valve in yet another one. Upon complection you get 5K money, blueprint water 2.0 (upgraded form of conducting liquid it seems), and access to foutains across the city to drink from (provides 10HP each drink).
