Wim is one of the characters who appear in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

In the quest Blue Guys Aiden has to meet up with Wim in order to retrieve explosives. However once they arrive at the location they see everyone has mysteriously died. Wim jokes that it’s weird that nobody just grabbed the explosives and just left. However before he could finish his sentence he gets killed by a goon who smashes him with a rebar. Once the cutscene ends Aiden has to retrieve the explosives and has the option to kill the goon.

• Given his name, he is presumably Dutch or from Dutch origin. Since "Wim" is a common name in the Netherlands.
