Corrupt Justice is a gold tier bow acquired from finishing the second Hellraid quest. It was introduced in the second major Hellraid update when the first two quests were introduced.

Overview

The bow is useable in both Hellraid and Harran itself, though it must be crafted first in the latter. The bow is, for a lot of Hellraid, the only ranged weapon available in the DLC other than throwable equipment such as the Explosive Flask or Acidic Flask. Because of this, reusing the arrows and keeping track of where you shoot them is very important, at least when traversing the Hellraid dungeon. The bow does a good amount of damage at 380 which is amongst the higher amount of damage of all bows outside of the DLC and so is good at taking down elemental skeletons and Infected found in the dungeon and can Trivalize the final fight arena by letting you ADS and fire to kill several enemies as they exit their door.

Outside of Hellraid, the bow is quite fast to fire and the damage it deals means you can quite easily headshot Biters in just a few arrows from a considerable distance. The fact that it can be crafted gives it a massive edge over others bows as well, since if you need a ranged weapon in a hurry, you can craft a Corrupted Justice and use your supply of arrows collected from visiting the Quartermaster. The bow has 2 upgrade slots which is not the most out of any bow, but when these are taken up by damage boosting Weapon upgrades such as King or Gladiator mods, it can out damage the Ranger Bow which has a higher base damage.

Notes

  • It is the only Hellraid weapon to be crafted not purchased from the box in The Tower next to the Hellraid machine
