Used to block incoming damage (biters, gunshots, etc.). This variant electrocutes the target if blocked at the right time.

Locations

16 power cables can be found south west of the barge NX-01 Exitprise, underneath a bridge, surrounding an overturned van. It is guarded by a goon and multiple biters.
