The Function of the "Mother" #3 is a collectable titled note that can be found in Dying Light: The Following.
Location
Located in the Atilla's mansion Safe Zone. It is found in the room where Crane's stash and sleeping bag are located. The letter is located to the left of the door leading into this room, in a cabinet.

As years passed, the tradition of the Mother and her visions weakened further. That being said, to this very day the respect shown to the Mother is quite significant, and whoever holds the title still commands a certain quality of mystery. Once the outbreak started, her old position as a spiritual leader came back in full force. It remains to be seen how political this leadership will become.
