Benedict the Great Square

Benedict the Great Square is a location featured in Dying Light. It is a large open plaza in central Old Town containing the Harran Town Hall as well as a number of offices. A statue of Benedict the Great dominates the western end of the square. To the east the plaza connects with College Street and sits opposite Harran University, while side-streets connect with Parade Square and Merchants Square to the south.

Events of Dying Light

During the side-quest The Bunker, Kyle Crane meets with former town clerk Thabit Erdal in the offices opposite town hall in an effort to gain access to a secure bunker located somewhere in the city. After retrieving the Seal of the Mayor from the Avryk Hotel on Palace Street, Erdal reveals the bunker's location to be underneath the town hall.
