The Bunker

"I met Ihsan, a guy who runs a stockroom with mostly empty shelves. He told me about rumors of a big supply cache hidden somewhere in the city. But the only person who'd know if it's true is the former Town Clerk, Thabit Erdal, and he is apparently a hard nut to crack. Maybe I should reason with him to get him to give up his bureaucratic approach for a while."

Walkthrough

Inside the Safe Zone on the Northern side of Old Town you will find a man named Ihsan who is sort of the Supply Sergeant there. He mentions a rumor of a secret stash of supplies that is being horded by the former Town Clerk for Old Town.

Ihsan thinks Crane might be able to convince the guy to share out some of those supplies - or perhaps that we may prefer to kill him and just take what is needed. Either way he does not care. Head for Thabit Erdal's hideout and speak to him. He states how officially Crane must provide several forms before he can give information on the bunker, but instead also advises bribery. He requires the seal of the Mayor's embossing stamp.

The mayor was last seen in a Hotel, located southwest of Thabit's hideout. Enter the hotel through the roof and search for the Mayor's room.

The hotel is full of infected, both laying on the floor as if asleep and inside the hotel rooms, so be careful while exploring. A door in the southern section of the hotel is blocked by a cabinet, push it over to gain entrance. Once inside enter the room adjacent to it and enter the bathroom to find a hole in the wall. Jump down through it. In the lower levels a viral will burst through the door and attack, dispatch it and continue. Be mindful as on this lower floor more infected and two more virals are shambling around. The mayor's seal can be found in a room located in the far north on this floor. After obtaining it, get down to the ground floor.

On the ground floor two more virals are located, dispatch them. The bottom floor itself is a bloody mess, with piles of corpses being found in the northern of the room. The barricade blocking the main entrance leading to Old Town can be removed, do so and leave the building to return to Thabit.

After speaking to Thabit, head to the bunker, located under the Town Hall. Be mindful as several virals, bombers and regular infected have made the Town Hall their home. Head down the stairs only to find the door locked with a medium lock. Open it to find a Toad standing near the entrance to the bunker, kill it and try to open the door only to discover it requires a keycard which was last in possession of Harran Police Department Captain Enver Halim.

"Thank you, Captain Halim."
Kyle Crane

Halim has turned into a Demolisher and can be found at a police blockade on the eastern road next to the Harran University. Several regular infected police members are also present. Kill Halim and loot his body to acquire the pass card and return to the bunker to find Thabit standing in front of it, intending to betray Crane. Kill him and enter the bunker. Be careful as after killing Thabit an infected and three bombers will come walking down the stairs.

The Bunker

The bunker is pretty large in side. To find the supply cache, head right and follow the hallway to a lampost. From there a staircase going down is found with a locked red door leading to the storage. There is a ventilation shaft on the wall to the left, climb on in there to complete the quest. Several Disaster Relief On-site Packages are located inside which can be taken by Crane.
