Note #07 is the seventh collectable note that can be found in Dying Light.

Location

The note is located inside a drawer behind the counter of Dawud's pawnshop in the Slums. It is accessed during the "Gunslinger" side quest.

Mr. Togan: Your request for a firearm permit has been declined again.

The Harran Police Department recognizes your legitimate concerns as a shop owner to protect yourself and your business. However, our concern is public saftey, and the law in this regard is clear: As we've explained repeatedly, your history of domestic violence and minor public altercations disqualifies you from owning a firearm.
