Biography

Early life

Halim is the captain of the Harran Police Department.

Events of Dying Light

Following the outbreak, Halim becomes infected and mutates into a Demolisher, roaming the streets of Old Town near Harran University. During the side-quest The Bunker, Kyle Crane must kill the infected Halim in order to retrieve the necessary Key Card for the Town Hall basement.

Notes

During the Gunslinger quest, Kyle Crane gains access to the storage room of Dawud Togan's pawn shop. Inside the storage room a note can be found from Captain Halim to Dawud denying him a gun license on account of his violent criminal past.
