Strobe Knight is a weapon modification available in Dying Light. It applies a medium electricity effect and a medium bleeding effect and can be used on Khopeshes, Long Swords, and Machetes

Location
In Old Town on the ground floor of large Eurynomos Bank. On top of the one of the four metal barrels, next to the power generator. To access said area, talk to Savvy to unlock the Office Outpost side quest which needs to be completed to shut down the defenses around the area
