Lieutenant Grady is a Peacekeeper in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

Orders
In his introductory mission, Orders, he is found on Culvert Island in New Dawn Park. He will request the orders Aiden is delivering, where it is discovered that Lieutenant Grady is second in command to Lieutenant Rowe. Upon receiving the order to withdrawal to the Center, he orders his men to arm the residence on the island to defend against renegades. After that, he will tell Aiden where to find Lieutenant Rowe, and the mission continues without him.

If Aiden decides to trust The Butcher and defy Jack Matt's orders to drain the dam, Lieutenant Grady is seen beside Matt and the squad of PK that had ambushed Aiden's transport. After this cutscene Aiden will kill Jack Matt, the PK soldiers, and Lieutenant Grady. Alternatively, if Aiden discovered that Jack had ordered a group of PK to poison Frank, and shift the blame onto Williams, Lieutenant Grady and the PK squad will refuse the order to attack Aiden, and subsequently deem Jack Matt unfit to lead, causing the PK to turn on Jack Matt.
