Barter
Barter is a Survival skill in Dying Light.
Overview
This skill improves Crane's ability to bargain, lowering shop prices by 10%. While this may not seem like much, this skill stacks with the Haggle skill, granting a combined 20% for all shops. Most shops will always sell important resources such as Metal Parts, Gauze, Arrows, and even special arrows such as Exploding Arrows which cannot be acquired unless the player has its blueprint. Upon gaining more points in Survivor Skill Tree, the player will find more weapons sold in shops.
Due to its usefulness being tied to the player's ability to buy items from shops, it is highly suggested that the player only acquire this skill once they've gained a certain amount of survivor points to buy a variety of weapons in shops. That or if they're starved on certain resources/items.
Trivia
- This skill does not stack with Hard Bargain as it only affects the player's sell prices. The same applies to Haggle
