Kill Frenzy
Kill Frenzy is a Power skill available in Dying Light.
Overview
Kill Frenzy has an odd effect when compared to many of the others skills. It is the only skill that affects point gains for skill trees or more specifically, the power skill tree. It means that if the player wants an instant effect on their gameplay, this would not be a good skill to unlock. However if one does wish to unlock said skills faster and wants to cut their farming to a minimum, this is the perfect skill for them.
Due to how the skill works, in order to maximize the skill gain, it is highly recommended to kill swarms of weaker enemies as compared to focusing on a single enemies. Stun Kill + Vault Stun + Drop Attack is an decent method, allowing the player to simply vault over Infected, instantly kill the one behind it before killing the one that the player vaulted over though large swarms can make this difficult.
Another method is via weapons or abilities that can knock down multiple enemies at once such as Windmill or Stun bolt. Once large amounts of infected are downed, the player can Stomp them all dead. This requires fast acting due to the limited time Infected stay down and the presence of a Viral can ruin this plan.
However by far the best strategy of farming with this skill is to use Camouflage Attack and Takedown. This allows the player to kill large amounts of infected one at a time, allowing the boost to accumulate repeatedly while also providing points. This technique can allow players to massacre entire hordes with enough patience and thus build up large amounts of Power Skill Points.
