Handyman is a Driver skill in Dying Light.

Overview

This skill is fairly similar to Lucky Repair with a notably weaker effect. For starters, it simply prevents the use of materials for repairs which can be useful with higher level parts which usually require more parts to fix. Problem is, it is incredibly unreliable and cannot be controlled. Chances are, you might waste this skill on a lower level Buggy Part.

As such, it is best to avoid this skill altogether until the player has access to large amounts of high leveled Buggy Parts already installed. Handyman does not lead to any other skills so the choice of not getting it has little consequence.

Trivia

• There is no indication of when this skill is activated meaning that the player would have to look at the Repair HUD and see if the numbers on the Craft Parts are still the same.
