Double Time is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Objectives
- Meet the punk at the next starting location.
Walkthrough
On a rooftop in northern Houndfield, southwest of the Saint Joseph Hospital a man can be heard provoking Aiden by calling him a slowpoke. Upon approach, he challenges Aiden to a bet for 200 Old World Money for a race.
The race goes through a GRE Dark Hollow and ends on its roof. There are arrows inside the Dark Zone showing which way to go. Upon reaching the roof, Aiden appears to have lost. His opponent says that if Aiden wants to do a new race, he needs to come to the roof of the building across from the old Military Base on Mill Street.
The second race is started in southern Houndfield, just north of GRE Anomaly C-A-22. Upon arrival, the challenger provokes Aiden a bit and proposes to increase the bet, another 200 Old World Money.
The second race goes through another Dark Hollow, again, going from the ground up to its roof. Upon reaching the roof, the challenger can be heard screaming for help as he is being attacked by the infected. Slay the infected and check in on him.
Upon reaching him, his twin also appears on the roof. Babin and Babel had set up Aiden in a ruse in an attempt to get money off of him. They explain that they only do the scams because they got into some serious debts trying to do legitimate work. You get three options.
If you tell them that they can keep the money, they will express gratitude and the quest is completed with only a Parkour XP reward.
If you tell them that you accept, they will give back the wager and the quest is completed with a Parkour XP reward as well.
If you tell them that you demand more, they will give back the wager alongside another 150 Old World Money, as well as the Parkour XP reward.
