The Arrival is the sixth Story Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Objectives
- Go to the meeting place with Jack and Joe's thugs.
- The negotiations were a set-up. By the time I arrived, Sophie's people had been massacred, their corpses looted.
- Kill Jack and Joe's thugs.
- I killed all of Jack and Joe's men, then radioed Sophie. She asked me to find the crystals they brought as payment for access to the water.
- Find Suzie.
- I found Suzie's body but found not crystals when I searched her.
- Search the bodies for crystals.
- I searched the other bodies, but still found no crystals. Sophie was devastated by what happened and asked me to return to her.
Walkthrough
Being tasked by Sophie with ensuring a smooth transaction of crystals to Jack and Joe for the water, Aiden has to go to the transaction site. While on the way over there, Suzie will contact Aiden over the radio and state something is up, when Sophie joins in, Suzie follows it up by stating they are under attack and call for the other survivors to run. Sophie asks Aiden to hurry and investigate the site because Suzie and the other had the crystals and everything else.
Once on the site, bandits and bodies can be seen, over the radio Sophie will state she knew they'd be betrayed and asks Aiden to dispatch the bandits and, after doing so, to look for Suzie to obtain the crystals. Suzie will state that the bandits took Carl to their camp. While reporting to Sophie over the radio, a Goon will smash through the wall, drawing the attention of a number of nearby biters. Search the five bodies for the lost crystals only to discover they have all been taken. Upon reporting to Sophie she proposes Aiden to meet up near Jack & Joe's camp, on a roof near the overpass. After the conversation, the quest is completed.
