Objectives

Find Veronika Ryan.
Veronika was hiding in a building on Courtesan Row Street. I had to get there before the Renegades, who were also looking for her.

Search the Bazaar.

Go to the hideout at Courtesan Row Street.

Search the place.

Get rid of the Renegades.

Meet Veronika near the dam.
Eventually, I met Dr. Veronika Ryan. She agreed to help me get into the Observatory and access the GRE database. I felt that I was getting closer to the truth I had been searching for all this time.

Objective icon.png
Talk to Veronika.
To get into the Observatory, I had to restore the power. Veronika gave me a shot called a blocker that made me temporarily immune to the chemicals in the air.

Objective icon.png
Get through the chemicals to the Observatory entrance.
I made it safely through the chemicals and reached the Observatory entrance.

Objective icon.png
Enter the Observatory.
In order to get into the Observatory building, I had to climb to the roof.

Objective icon.png
Go to the B Block.
Navigating the flooded corridors wasn't easy, but despite the darkness and infected at nearly every turn, I finally reached the generator.

Objective icon.png
Restore power to the building.
I got the power back up, but not for long. Veronika became trapped in an elevator and I had to get her out quickly!

Objective icon.png
Meet Veronika near the elevator.
The darkness and confined space gave Veronika a panic attack.

Objective icon.png
Find a way to restore power.
I reconnected the cables and got the power back on.

Objective icon.png
Join Veronika by the elevator.
I returned to Veronika and we headed to the database room together.

Objective icon.png
Restore the power in Block C.
I restored the power in Block C and we were able to continue. When this is all over with, maybe I'll become an electrician.

Objective icon.png
Return to Veronika.
I returned to Veronika and we continued our journey.

Objective icon.png
Go to the Central Database.
We made it to the central database. At last. I've waited too long for this.

Objective icon.png
Unlock door locks from the Officers' Room.
Objective icon.png
Get Back to Veronika.
Objective icon.png
Find a blocker.
Not good. We somehow managed to set off an alarm and triggered a chemical decontamination procedure. Fortunately, thanks to the blockers, we managed to get out of it alive.

Objective icon.png
Get rid of the Renegades.
We didn't find any information about Mia in the GRE database, only mention of something called "X13". Will I find answers there? Meanwhile, the Renegades invaded the Observatory. I took care of them.

Objective icon.png
Check on Veronika.
Veronika discovered that a bombing procedure from 11 years ago had been reactivated. Several areas of the city were under threat of attack. I radioed Frank with an urgent warning.

Objective icon.png
Defend Veronika from Waltz's Renegades.
As I warned Frank about the missile attack, the Renegades started pounding on the door. I took care of them.

Objective icon.png
Return to Veronika.
After defeating the Renegades, I returned to Veronika, but she was no longer in the room.

Objective icon.png
Find Veronika.
Waltz had gotten to Veronika, but I managed to free her and escaped.

Objective icon.png
Run away from Waltz.
This time Waltz was faster. If it hadn't been for Veronika's help, I wouldn't have survived the encounter.

Objective icon.png
Defeat Waltz.
As I was fighting Waltz, missiles began to rain down on the city. I was buried in rubble after a rocket hit the Observatory. As I lost consciousness, my last thought was about what Waltz had said earlier: that Mia was dead.
