Wall of Valor: Deadly Exchange is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Objectives
- Go to Houndfield Sports Hall.
- When I got to Houndfield Sports Hall, Cyra played me the recording of Bartez's last moments.
- Find Bartez's dog tag.
- I found the dog tag of the brave and impressively strong Bartez, who brought down seven Dukes. My job was done.
- Return Bartez's dog tag to Cyra.
- I gave Bartez's dog tag to Cyra.
Walkthrough
This quest in the "Wall of Valor" series is activated by reading the note titled "Report #3" on the lower northern part of the wall featuring the "Wall of Valor" notes. The note details the mission of Wierzbowski, Bartez, and Chris of the 404 Squad:
"On September 4th, 2036, Private Bartez, Private Wierzbowski, and Private Chris went to the Houndfield Sports Hall on Saint Joseph Street. The purpose of the mission was to peacefully secure an unidentified, wounded PK intercepted by the Bazaarians.
The rendezvous turned out to be a Dukes' trap.
Private Chris was injured. Private First Class Bartez lost her life."
Head over to central Houndfield, a short walk north from the Hayward Square Metro Station is a small gym, head inside and use survivor sense to follow a trail leading up to its top floor. Be mindful, as on the top floor several mines have been planted, which will detonate when stepped on, potentially drawing the attention of Virals.
Bartez' body is found leaning up against a pillar. Inspect it to retrieve the dog tags and then return to the PK Floating Fortress in The Wharf to bring them to Cyra and complete the quest.
