Walkthrough

Located on a roof in western Trinity, just southwest of the Saint Joseph Hospital in Houndfield, a man named McGregor can be found.

McGregor will talk about how the Biomarker is his invention, and how the original Biomarker design was much more useful than the one currently in use, as it made people stronger and faster, while at the same time posing some risks. The leading figure of the Global Relief Effort, Katsumi Kobayashi at the time opposed McGregor's design, considering it too dangerous, and locked it in a safe in the nearby Saint Joseph Hospital. McGregor asks Aiden to retrieve it for him, providing Aiden with the Safe Code riddle he found on Katsumi's desk.

The riddle is in three parts, one part for each of the three slots of the safe. The answer to each piece are as follows:

  • 9 (A "9" turned around becomes the "smaller" number "6")
  • 7 (Take away the letter "S" and it becomes "even")
  • 3 (All but "three" eggs of the dozen were destroyed)

Head over to the homes located on the balcony of the Hospital and then jump up to the offices. The safe can be found in a cabinet. Put in the code "9-7-3" to unlock it and take the Biomarker. Aiden will put it on as soon as he obtains it, causing a blurry vision which will fade away after a while. Return to McGregor.

McGregor will be upset that Aiden put it on, as it might now be useless to him. He will give Aiden his reward - an Inhibitor and the Confidential Notice to GRE Personnel, completing the quest.
