Out of Your League
Out of Your League is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
Objectives

Walkthrough
Inside the Bazaar in Trinity, or at the Main Terminal Station in Quarry End, Nerys will call out to Aiden from near the shopkeeper. She will tell him that Scott has gone missing again. Aiden offers to help. Nerys explains that Scott left in the afternoon without Moe and never returned, staying away overnight while some men came looking for him. Nerys later saw Ruud Weghorst talking to them, and knows that Ruud does not approve of Scott's crush on his daughter. The thugs were not from the Bazaar and were looking for someone without a Biomarker. With all this information out of the way, head over to Ruud.
Ruud's disposition toward Aiden varies depending on who controls the water tower, but he is willing to help Aiden. He can be asked about whether his daughter knows anything or who the men were that spoke to Ruud about Scott. Ruud says the men who came looking were recruiters who were looking for able-bodied young men, so Ruud referred them to Scott. He is more hesitant to allow Aiden to bother his daughter Loes. Loes herself interrupts the conversation and asks if anything has happened to Scott. It becomes clear that she has seen Scott the day before and that Scott said he would prove himself. Upon pressing more, Loes will mention that Scott mentioned the Crocodile Flats, a neighborhood west of Houndfield, head over there. Before leaving, one can choose to speak to Ed and ask him about Scott. He does not offer much in terms of insights and may as well be ignored.
The Crocodile Flats are located a bit north of GRE Anomaly C-A-22. It is recognizable by a large billboard featuring a crocodile with human skeletons in its belly. Head into the building and use survivor sense to investigate. The door and a nearby floorboard can be investigated. Investigating the floorboard provides one level one Lockpick. Use survivor sense again and follow Scott's footmarks leading out of the hall, through the streets to a building with a shut gate.
Climb up the building and enter it via a balcony. Upon entering, Scott can be heard, Aiden is on the right track. Open the door to find Scott in a corner of a room, with two thugs near him. They will attack Aiden. Dispatch them and rescue Scott. In conversation with Scott, it becomes clear that the thugs were Renegades, who usually did not come to the Bazaar. Scott was chased and captured by them, but is unsure as to why. He does explain that his life changed when Aiden assigned the Horseshoe Water Tower, as Scott's business was getting water to share around. Ruud had told Scott that he would give him one chance with Loes, telling him about a necklace and asking Scott to retrieve it if he wanted to prove himself worthy.
There are now two options, either tell Scott that he was set up, which will frustrate him, or tell him that you will go and get the necklace for him.
Set up
If Scott is told he was set up, he will initially wish to kill Ruud for the act, but is talked out of it by Aiden, who tells him to go home while he will deal with Ruud. Return to the Bazaar to speak to Ruud and Loes. Confronted by Aiden, Ruud admits that he sent the thugs after Scott because he believes Scott is no good for her and hoped that the thugs would get rid of him. Loes will be upset with her father and storm off.
After the conversation, head over to Nerys. Loes will be standing there, asking to move in with Scott and Nerys. Nerys refuses, but Scott asks Aiden to help. There is only the option to state Aiden will not interfere. Nerys will reward Aiden for rescuing Scott, completing the quest.
Retrieve the necklace
The other option is offering to get the necklace for Scott. Aiden will ask where it is located, to which Scott will give the adress. According to Scott, the necklace can be found in Flat 21 on the top floor. Aiden will then send Scott home. Before leaving, Scott will give Aiden four level 1 Decoys.
Return to the flats location where Scott was abducted. The door leading inside can now be picked, it has a medium level lock. The inside is full of biters, but they can be ignored by turning right after entering, going through the bathroom and its wall, and then into a vent to the elevators. Climb up in the elevator shaft and through another vent. Enter the apartment and break the barricade blocking a hole in the wall. Turn right in the apartment and destroy another barricade which leads to a room with an easy-locked door. Unlock it and go through it to enter the hallway. Pry open the elevator doors and enter the elevator. Jump up and enter the apartment. Go right, break down a plank-wooden door, and investigate the corpse in a chair to retrieve the necklace. Then head back to the Bazaar.
Back at the Bazaar, speak to Nerys who will be grateful for Scott's safe return. Scott will ask Aiden for the necklace "he gave him", this provides two possible endings. The first is telling Loes that her father set Scott up, the second is giving Scott the necklace and pretending he got it instead.
Telling Loes that Scott was set up by Ruud makes Scott seem like a romantic to Loes, even though Ruud is very disappointed and becomes mad at Aiden. Loes will move in with Scott and Nerys after a verbal confrontation with Ruud, if Aiden uses the necklace to convince her. Nerys will reward Aiden for bringing Scott home safe, completing the quest.
Pretending Scott found the necklace results in Scott getting overconfident and saying Ruud has to give him Loes and that Loes "belongs" to him now. Loes is offended and disappointed by the entire ordeal and walks off. With the two out of earshot, Ruud tells Nerys one more time to keep Scott away from his daughter. Nerys rewards Aiden for bringing Scott home safe, completing the quest.
