Stolen Goods
Stolen Goods is a Side Quest in Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

Walkthrough
At the Horseshoe Water Tower in southwestern Horseshoe, an unnamed Survivor can be spoken to. He will declare that Teresa's flour was stolen and that she is accusing her past best friend of it. The Survivor doubts Aiden's intentions but is willing to direct him to Teresa, who is located only a short walk to the southern part of the water tower.
Upon approaching Teresa, she thanks aiden for the water but is upset that her best friend, Anna, stole from her. Upon questioning, Teresa points out that she did not want to believe it, but that her friend stored her flour for her to keep it safe. With it being lost, Teresa concluded she had stolen it and that she and her son are now left with nothing. She asks Aiden to ask her to come clean and admit it, as she believes a stranger may hold more sway over her.
Go to Anna, who is located inside the base of the water tower. Anna will refuse to open the door and tells Aiden to go away. As she cannot be convinced otherwise, another way inside needs to be found. Climb up to the first level of the water tower and head inside through the open window to reach Anna and talk to her. Anna denies the accusation, even stating that she needed Teresa to sell the flour to settle a debt she had with Anna. She notes how the odd thing is that only the flour was stolen while other food was left alone. Anna allows Aiden to check out her shed, so go there and investigate.
The shed is located in the southern part of the water tower area and is unlocked. Use survivor sense to investigate the interior of the shed. It becomes clear that the thief knew the place, was working alone, and knew where the flour was. Turn around and use survivor sense at the entrance of the shed to find more footprints as a flour trail. Follow the trail to the front of the water tower only for it to abruptly end there. Return to Anna inside the water tower and talk to her.
Being confronted with there being no sign of forced entry, Anna says that there are two people she suspect might have stolen the flour. Benny, the son of Teresa, or Dodger, a smuggler from the Bazaar. She personally doubts Benny did it, though he did have a change in behavior lately. She is more certain of Dodger due to his shady nature and his interest in Teresa's flour before it was stolen.
Head over to the Bazaar in Trinity and talk to Dodger, who can be found sitting on a bench next to the bar. Dodger will respond surprised upon hearing the flour was stolen, stating that Benny had lost it in a game to Dodger. But since Dodger did not have a chance to claim it, it was technically also stolen from him. It becomes clear that Benny plays some part in the flour having gone missing. Head over to the southern- and northern warehouses and see if the flour is there.
The southern warehouse is located on the border between Quarry End and Houndfield, in northeastern part of Quarry End. Be mindful as there are several electrified grates on the floor of the warehouse, which will deal damage when stepped on. Use survivor sense inside the warehouse to investigate the area. Benny will show up while investigating some planks on the floor, but before anything meaningful can come out of the conversation, Benny will push Aiden, causing him to fall through the floor and allowing Benny to escape.
The northern warehouse is located on the border between Trinity and Houndfield, in the southeastern part of Trinity. Similar to the southern warehouse, there are electrified metal grates on the floor which deal damage. Use survivor sense to investigate the warehouse. Benny will be found here, hiding behind a board which can be moved. He denies having done anything, and claims he does not even know where the flour is. He explains that he bet the flour as he was on a winning streak and the price would have allowed Teresa to buy up more land, but that he lost instead. Teresa will show up shortly after the conversation.
Teresa can be told Benny stole the flour or that she stole the flour herself. She will deny the accussation at first, but eventually confess, stating she had no choice as they had worked months on that harvest, and knew that Dodger would just sell her back the flour for a higher price and she would not allow that. She will then admit that the flour is under the water tower, but presses Aiden not to go to Dodger or ask him for more time.
Return to Dodger, he is initially unwilling to help, but after a short talk comes up with an idea which will help everyone. As Urban and Dodger were setting their own debt, Dodger is willing to forgive Teresa's debt if Aiden is willing to settle the one he has with Urban. There is a "flag" on top of the church, with the two making a bet that Dodger could find someone who could obtain it for them within a certain time.
Aiden has three choices to end the quest: do Dodger's task and get the "flag", pay the debt himself, or inform Dodger about the flour location.
Church Climb
Aiden will be given five minutes to climb to the top of the church, obtain the "flag" and return to Dodger. Upon doing so, Dodger will be satisfied and forgive Teresa's debt. Return to Teresa at the northern warehouse to give her and Benny the good news to finish the quest.
Pay the Debt
If Aiden pays the debt himself, Dodger will ask him to obtain some loot for him in order to remove the debt. Two hundred Old World Money is required for this ending. Return to Dodger upon having the required amount to pay off the debt. Return to the northern warehouse and meet up with Teresa and Benny and inform them that the debt has been paid.
Flour Location
If Aiden tells Dodger that the flower is by the Water Tower, Dodger will be grateful for the information and tell Aiden he will send some men to retrieve the flour and then reward Aiden for his help.
Trivia
- Upon returning to the water tower post-quest, Teresa and Anna can be found inside the base of the tower, with Anna mad at Teresa. Speaking to Anna at this point will prompt a dialogue choice, after which one will be given Teresa's Necklace, a Unique Valuable.
