Return to Fallon
I've recovered Neil Fallon's work, but Neil is still stuck in Harran along with everybody else. I don't know how he's going to get out of here, and if he doesn't get out, it's all going to be for nothing. I wish there was a way to help him. The GRE won't do it. They'd lock his work in a vault, just to be on the safe side.

Walkthrough

On the Ferry Station a man named Neil Fallon can be found. Upon speaking to him, he reveals that he is a journalist in employ of a magazine, and had held interviews with people during the days of the Harran Virus. Unfortunately, he lost his works when a horde of zombies came to the internet cafe where he was working, forcing him to abandon his work to get to safety.

Neil asks Crane to help him in retrieving his work. A satchel of his notes was left behind in the café, while he had to ditch his camera in a black car on the Infamy Bridge crossing the bay. The black car is not particularly difficult to find - as it is the one dangling over the side of the bridge. Opening the trunk causes both the car alarm to go off, and the car itself to fall into the water. Jump in after it and recover the camera.

With both items now in Crane's hands, return to Neil for your reward.
