Radio Boy is a side quest available in Dying Light: The Following.

Walkthrough

While driving through the countryside near the dam, a boy will contact Crane over the radio:

Radio Boy: "Help! Gokhan, help! Where are you?! I can't see anything! Help! Anybody?"
Crane: "Hey, kid. What's going on?"
Radio Boy: "Help me, mister! I fell into a hole! And my brothers ran away!"
Crane: "Where are your parents?"
Radio Boy: "They're dead... I'm scared, mister! There's something in here with me!"
Crane: "Where are you?"
Radio Boy: "In a warehouse near the dam! Will you help me? Help me! Please! Please!"
Crane: "Hang on, kid. I'm on my way."

Follow the road on the southern bank of the river flowing out of the bank and follow it to the warehouse. Find a way into the warehouse grounds and Crane will contact the boy again:

Crane: "Hey! Are you there? What were you and your brothers even doing in here?"
Radio Boy: "We were looking for treasure! We came in through a hole in the roof!"

Climb to the top of the warehouse and jump down to get inside. Crane will try to contact the boy, but to no avail. Jump down to the floor below and open the northern gate on the western wall. Climb over some boxes and enter the next room. In the middle of the room is a scarecrow with a toy sword in front of it. Pick it up to hear some children yelling "big guy" when a demolisher, decorated in colorful patterns, enters the room. Kill the demolisher.

After killing the demolisher it quickly becomes clear that the children were cheering on the demolisher and not Crane, as they will voice their disappointment when the demolisher is killed. Search the demolisher to find some keys and enter the back room to find some bodies, one of which is a missing person. The key provides access to a small closet with various duffle bags and a toolbox. A ladder leading up leads to more duffle bags and a white locked (hard) treasure chest. From there, climb up through a hole in the ceiling to find the children's hideout. More duffle bags, green treasure chests and toolboxes can be found here. The children themselves have, unfortunately, managed to escape. Upon accessing their hideout, the quest is completed.
