Firebug is a side quest available in Dying Light.[1]

Walkthrough
After talking to Zaid, enter the warehouse which is only accessible through a hole in the roof. It is guarded by Rais' thugs, one of which possesses a rifle. Dispose of them for a safe entrance. After doing so, the warehouse's interior is filled with biters and goons. It is best to either distract them or dispose of them as well.
The zinc powder is in one of the train cars while the turpentine is in a separate room in the warehouse that is only accessible through the roof. This means that whichever the player prioritizes on, they will always have to scale the roof twice. The separate rooms are separated further by doors which the player needs to open, some of which contain biters. Afterwards, bring the ingredients to Zaid and he will give you the rewards.
