The Launch is a side quest available in Dying Light.[1]

Walkthrough
The quest starts when Volkan Yasif Dal makes contact with Crane and asks him to come to a designated location to meet him as well as Fatin and Tolga. Head to the specified location on the map.
The map is slightly deceptive - if you take the direct path, you will likely reach an area that simply leads to a dead end, though there is a way from here as well. Find the zipline from the antenna and follow it. From there, take another zipline further down and head for a small pond. Jump in it and alongside the wall, a small cave is found. From here, go to the site. Instead, one can also head east and follow the coast to arrive at the cave.
Upon reaching the location, speak with Volkan, and push the submarine into the water. Watch as it explodes and then listen to the conversation between Dal and the brothers.
