Derek is a character featured in Dying Light.

Biography

Events of Dying Light

He is one of the guards camped out in the courtyard next to the Tower, under the command of Spike. Derek and others are responsible for protecting Doctor Imran Zere as he researches the virus in a mobile laboratory. Following the completion of the main story quest Siblings, Derek informs Kyle Crane of survivor sightings at Harran Public School, leading to the Cease and Desist quest.

After the main story quest  "The Pit". He is at the pier Brecken takes you to.
