Biography

Events of Dying Light

He is a survivor residing within Fisherman's Village. He delivers medicine to sick people.

Having witnessed Kyle Crane's amazing running ability, he asked Crane to help him deliver medicine to nearby survivors in his stead, within the course of the Family Doctor series of challenges.

At the end of the final challenge, Crane will learn that Victor is an extortionist, pricing his customers with an absurdly high quantity of payments in exchange of his medicine delivery service. Crane then asks his customer to point out the location where he delivered his payment to the extortionist, in which he steals the loots from him.

Victor: "Hey - I've seen you, out there running... you're with the Tower, aren't you? Listen, could you help me? I'd do it myself, but I haven't eaten or slept in days, and I'm just plain exhausted." Crane: "What kind of help do you need?" Victor: "I'm supposed to deliver medicine to some sick folks. I'd wait till I've had a meal and a nap, but the stuff would spoil by then, see? It has to be fast."
